For heavy pet odors resulting from large soaked spots where a small pet has urinated repeatedly or where a large pet has urinated, we may be able to treat the spot by flooding it with a treatment for pet urine, allowing it time to soak through the carpet and padding and to break down the odor causing salts and molecules before we use a sub-surface extraction tool to pull it back out.  We charge an additional $20 per spot for this treatment.  Although our sub-surface extraction tool is able to draw the vast majority of the liquid out, because this is a deep, penetrating treatment, we recommend that you keep a fan focused on the spot for 24 hours after the treatment to ensure that it dries soon.
